As active heart patients, we are often seen as unique outliers compared to the "traditional" heart patient. Because of this, the support systems we need are not in place to provide the tools needed to get us back to living active lives. Tour de Heart is collecting heart patient success stories to motivate heart patients and educate the healthcare industry, including doctors and medical device companies.
